About the Role
Act as a core member of a small but effective integrated marketing team to manage and grow JBL's social media and online presence, enhancing e-commerce strategies and digital marketing initiatives in the Philippines.
What You Will Do
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the brand's presence on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X to increase followers, reach, engagement, and video views.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns and content strategies focused on reels and short-form video content.
- Lead content initiatives collaborating with internal visual designers and creative/media agencies for platform-specific strategies.
- Localize and adapt campaign assets provided by the Regional APAC Office.
- Monitor and report social media performance with actionable insights.
E-Commerce & Other Digital Marketing Initiatives
- Develop and implement digital strategies and go-to-market plans supporting product launches and campaigns.
- Collaborate with distributors, e-commerce platforms, and agencies to enhance e-commerce presence and maximize online sales growth.
- Manage paid social ad campaigns with agencies to maximize reach and ROI.
- Identify and evaluate additional digital marketing opportunities beyond social media, including search, display, CRM, and partnerships.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, digital KPIs, and ROI.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Minimum 1 year experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or E-Commerce.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
What is Nice to Have
- Prior experience in Consumer Electronics or FMCG industries.
- Knowledge of retail operations or digital marketing.
- Data analysis skills.
- Basic proficiency in design/video editing tools.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, platform ads (Meta, TikTok, Google), e-commerce tools, and other digital marketing channels (CRM, affiliate, display, partnerships).
