About the Role
The position is expected to be located at Plant. Facilities management - Plans, execute and coordinates the pm activities concerned with equipment selection, installation and commissioning, construction, modification, and maintenance of equipment machinery in industrial plant.
What You Will Do
- Operations and Maintenance of utilities systems - HT & LT Systems, UPS systems, HVAC, Air compressors Sets, ups, Nitrogen to support to Production function.
- Maintenance of Matl handling equipment’s
- FPS Systems, Access controls and CCTV management
- Co Ordination with Sub Contractors for Execution
- Execution of New Projects/ Layout Change, New Equipment Installation, MSEB Liasoning , Statutory compliances
- Enhance safety Environment and implementation of safety process / systems.
- Maintain the KPI - MTTR, MTBF, 5S.
- Spares Management
- Energy management & Building management
- Implementing Certification (OSHA, TS 16949, ISO 50001), EMS, OEM’s Specific certifications
- EMS & Haz management systems,
- Statutory compliance
What You Need to Be Successful
- Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering 7 to 10 years of experience in Plant engineering function / Utilities systems operation and maintenance.
- Certification / License: C license / Supervisor License – Issued by Electricity board.
