We're looking for a technical expert to join our service delivery team as a Senior Specialist Service Representative. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with customer consulting. You'll troubleshoot complex systems, lead maintenance initiatives, and drive customer satisfaction through proactive support.
What will you do?
- Troubleshoot complex systems: diagnose and resolve multi-component issues using root cause analysis and technical expertise.
- Lead field operations: manage installation, commissioning, and maintenance across Schneider Electric and third-party equipment.
- Drive system reliability: deliver preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Advise customers: provide technical consulting, optimize assets, and identify service and sales opportunities.
- Conduct audits & diagnostics: assess electrical systems and track installed base performance.
- Coach and mentor: support and guide junior field engineers to elevate service quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: work with planners, project managers, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
- Ensure compliance: uphold safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards in all activities
Maintain documentation: ensure accurate reporting, traceability, and service records. - Operate within energy management and industrial automation, supporting sectors such as utilities, mining, data centers, oil & gas, manufacturing, and commercial infrastructure, ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient electrical and digital power systems in critical environments.

What qualifications will make you successful?
- Must have a degree or higher diploma in Electrical/Electronics (or equivalent technical qualification).
- Minimum of 5 years, proven experience supporting electrical distribution and digital power systems across industries such as utilities, mining, data centers, oil & gas, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure.
- Hands-on expertise in commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medium- and low-voltage equipment, protection systems, or power management solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in mission-critical environments, ensuring system reliability, safety, and compliance.
- Exposure to customer-facing technical roles, providing consulting, diagnostics, and service delivery in complex industrial settings.
- Proven ability to work independently on routine assignments and lead complex or new technical interventions.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly and work on customer sites.
- Proven ability to lead field service activities and coach junior engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
