Squad Quality Lead

-Supervise the complete scope of Quality (marketing, design, manufacturing, Supply chain, etc.) for an existing offer to improve Customer Experience

Analyze all data relative to quality (I2P, Customer survey or feed-back, Manufacturing Quality, Supplier, etc.)

Define annual quality targets and roadmap for offer in charge. Ensure effectiveness of quality improvement activities and drive follow-up with factories

Animate and ensure the efficiency of the Technical Complaint Analysis process, including physical return process with Analysis centers

Set-up the surveillance plan, make sure of timely execution and proper results monitoring and usage

Represent the customer in the Product Evolution Process. Ensure the Quality of evolution's impact analysis, risk management and provide all the Quality deliverables

Ensure proper application of reference processes (PEP, Quality alert, etc.) and challenge the organization on continuous improvement of the management system

Drive the Quality issues resolution and prevention using 8D and Lean 6 sigma

Ensure that the proper information is provided to the Customer in case of quality issue, offer evolution and withdrawal

Drive risk analysis for customer for non-conformant product or Quality issue

Decide on stop of delivery and derogation

资格

Post graduate degree / Masters - 5 years,

Min 5 years of experience in R&D, Quality, Business Process Excellence, Continuous Engineering / Sustaining or Product Management

Experienced in applying various quality methodologies like six sigma in Problem solving or Product development / evolution.

-Good analytical problem solving and organizational skills.

Medium voltage product knowledge is a plus

Communication capabilities (listening, written & verbal communication) and multicultural skills

Strong Influence skills

Fluent English in reading, writing and communication
