About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven individual to join our US & Canada Delivery Commercial Operations team as a Sales Operations Associate. This role is critical to operationalizing our sales strategy through quota setting, incentive design, and performance management, in close partnership with Sales, Territory, and Finance leaders.

In this role, you will own and evolve key sales planning processes, including quota allocation and compensation, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving clarity, accountability, and performance across the organization.
