Reporting to the Head of Global Compensation, the Sr. Compensation Manager will play a critical role in designing, analyzing, and administering Lucids compensation programs while being a key partner with the broader HR team and business leaders supporting our Engineering, Strategy & Business Development, Program Management and Supply Chain organizations.
