About the role:

As Sr. Engineering Manager at Maersk, you will lead the Maersk Contract Logistics solutions and champion Site Reliability principles. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage large-scale implementations, and innovate to deliver first-class technical solutions based on a cutting-edge Platform Operating Model.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Deliver exceptional Maersk Contract Logistics solutions.
• Drive adoption of Site Reliability principles.
• Lead large-scale logistics implementations.
• Collaborate with leadership, product teams, and stakeholders.
• Resource and demand planning.
• Expertise with warehouse management systems, especially Manhattan or Tier 1 WMS.
• Build and manage engineering teams effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for continuous learning and innovation.
• Expertise in cloud technologies, information security, and scalable, resilient solutions.
• Experience with cloud-ready, high-availability platforms and third-party solution implementation.
• Good understanding of Azure and UI frameworks.

The role offers a competitive salary range of $185,000 to $200,000 USD per year, full-time employees are eligible for health insurance, paid time off, and 401k match. The position is located in several U.S. locations with flexible hybrid work options.
