Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of demand management leads and specialists aligned with regional revenue goals.
- Define strategic vision and tailor execution to regional sales needs.
- Manage end-to-end campaign readiness, pacing, and delivery using advanced automation and AI.
- Provide operational advice to Sales and Account Management through actionable insights.
- Architect scalable workflows and drive process improvements for agility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth campaign operations and resolve issues.
- Escalate complex technical problems appropriately.
- Deliver regular operational reporting to support revenue growth.
- Champion adoption of new tools and operational models to foster scalability and efficiency.
- Identify and implement continuous process improvements to optimize workflows.
- Anticipate future operational needs to support business growth and transformation.
Basic Qualifications
- Fluent in English; Japanese/Korean is a plus.
- 10+ years digital advertising operations or related ad tech experience, with programmatic ecosystem expertise.
- 7+ years people management experience in dynamic settings.
- Deep knowledge of campaign lifecycle management across direct and programmatic channels.
- Strong understanding of programmatic media buying and inventory management.
- Proficient in leveraging automation, AI, and data analytics to drive efficiency.
- Ability to convert complex cross-channel data into clear recommendations.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and external partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
