As the Sr. Manager, People Analytics at Everpure, you will spearhead the evolution of our global workforce data strategy into a predictive, AI-enhanced powerhouse. You will champion organizational effectiveness by transforming raw employee lifecycle data into compelling operational narratives that directly influence executive decision-making.
