Position Overview
This is a full-time, in-office position located in Oklahoma City, OK.
The Senior Manager of Revenue Assurance is responsible for leading and overseeing all revenue assurance functions to ensure accuracy, integrity, and optimization of organizational revenue streams. This role provides steady, strategic leadership to a team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The position manages the full lifecycle of vendor contracts, supports complex projects and initiatives, and ensures compliance with established business rules and processes.
This role leverages data analytics and reporting tools to evaluate operational performance, identify gaps, and drive improvements. The Senior Manager partners cross-functionally with internal departments, including IT, finance, legal, operations, and customer service, as well as external stakeholders to implement advanced dashboards, enhance reporting capabilities, and support href="https://oklahoma.gov/omes/divisions/human-capital-management/employee-benefits/health-care/enrollment-guides/plan-rates.html">Generous Annual Benefit Allowance:
Up to $21,934 to help cover insurance premiums for employees and their families.
Retirement Savings Plans:
o Pathfinder Defined Contribution Plan: Employer matches 6% of a minimum 4.5% employee contribution (up to 7% if the employee contributes 7%).
o OPERS Defined Benefit Plan: Available for reenrollment to employees enrolled prior to November 1, 2015.
o 15 days annually during the first 1–5 years of service.
o 18 days annually for 5–10 years of service.
o 20 days annually for 10–20 years of service.
o 25 days annually for over 20 years of service.
o Sick leave: Accrued at 15 days per year.
o Paid Maternity leave for eligible employees.
