
The Role
Moderna is seeking an experienced and driven Individual to join the Digital Commercial Engineering (DCE) team based in Cambridge, MA. This role will play a critical part in supporting Moderna’s Commercial initiatives across multiple geographies by driving digital execution and enabling scalable, compliant, and high-impact solutions that help Moderna deliver on its mission of creating transformative medicines for patients around the world.
As a key member of the DCE organization, you will partner closely with business stakeholders across Moderna’s Commercial teams to understand digital and operational needs, translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive execution of commercial digital initiatives.
You will operate at the intersection of business and technology—driving alignment across stakeholders, influencing prioritization decisions, and ensuring successful delivery of complex cross-functional programs that support Moderna’s evolving Commercial landscape.
Here’s What You’ll Do
Partner with Business Stakeholders across Moderna’s Commercial teams to deeply understand digital, customer, and business needs. Define and document clear business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable deliverables that drive product direction, execution planning, and delivery outcomes in collaboration with Digital Product and Engineering teams.
Lead end-to-end program planning and execution for complex cross-functional initiatives, managing scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones to ensure successful execution and alignment with business priorities.
Drive collaboration among Product, Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Business teams to influence technical solutions, resolve dependencies, and deliver scalable, high-quality digital capabilities.
