Meanwhile, Ads products (PA, NCA and MADA) are the marketing tools for vendors to acquire more traffic to their own shops to raise the brand awareness and grow long term unit sold. CouMall leverages Ads to monetize the traffic and contribute more profitability.

CouMall team is looking for a Staff Backend Engineer to work the Ads landing domain, connect Ads and their own shops, SDP to maximize the ROI for vendors.
We are looking for candidate has very strong tech skills, can fast learn new technologies. Be able to design/propose new architecture considering the end-to-end process of the application in charge of, to connect both sellers and consumers through ads and shops. Make value contributions for both parties. Keep evolving and optimize performance through machine learning and other AI technologies.
We are looking for passionate tech leader to build highly scalable, low latency online systems. You will be working together with Ads management team for ads landing setup and automation; working together with Ads Serving team for all signals exchange and optimization; working on in-shop and campaign landing page dynamic experience through machine learning technologies and systems to power and enhance the ads traffic results. You are responsible for maximizing the return of vendors investment on Ads.
