A Day in the Life:
Every day brings something new—and that’s part of what makes this role exciting. You’ll start by aligning with business stakeholders and developers to set priorities and refine features. Your morning might involve translating business challenges into clear user stories with thoughtful acceptance criteria.
Afternoons could be spent collaborating on Agile sprints, reviewing roadmaps, or leading system acceptance testing. Throughout it all, you’re the voice of the product, always keeping users at the heart of every decision.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives.
Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
Collaborate closely with software engineers, designers, data, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to guide decision-making.
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value.
Mentor and inspire the product team, sharing best practices and helping elevate the team's capabilities.
Influence key stakeholders, including executives, to align and drive support for product initiatives.
Identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of emerging technologies.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Experience: 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level role.
Expertise: Proven track record of launching successful products in B2B/B2C environments.
Collaboration: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketers.
Technical Background: Strong understanding of technical concepts and agile development processes.
Leadership: Able to mentor, lead teams, and influence stakeholders across all levels.

Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $151,038.00 - $234,109.00***Location: Dallas, TX or Remote U.S. excluding the following states: AK, DE, RI, VT, WY ***
