Responsibilities include leading café operations to meet safety and quality standards, delivering exceptional customer service, training and motivating staff, managing scheduling and payroll, overseeing inventory and cash handling, and partnering with leadership to meet sales and compliance goals. The role demands leadership, communication, coaching skills, and knowledge of food safety standards. Candidates should have at least 6 months of retail or food service experience, supervisory experience preferred, and be able to obtain necessary Starbucks certifications.

Responsibilities
Lead daily café operations ensuring compliance with Starbucks, Macy's Foods Division, and Health Department standards.

Train, coach, and motivate associates through ongoing feedback to maximize team performance and professional development.
Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of food and beverages to Starbucks standards.
Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor productivity to balance customer needs and cost control.
Oversee ordering, receiving, inventory management, and invoice processing.
Monitor sales, expenses, and reports to meet profit and loss goals.
Oversee cash handling and point-of-sale compliance.
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming café environment.
Partner with store leadership and Starbucks District Managers to ensure operational excellence and resolve customer concerns.
