Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Store Manager in overseeing store operations
- Hiring, supervising, and mentoring staff
- Bookkeeping and merchandising duties
- Maintaining high standards and providing fast and friendly customer service
- Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Execute the store's high standards for food program
- Lead by example with urgency, patience, and leadership

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and/or walk up to 8 hours
- Lift/carry up to 30 pounds for 30 minutes per shift
- Occasionally lift/carry up to 60 pounds
- Push/pull with force up to 20 pounds
- Bend and twist up to one hour per shift
- Hand coordination tasks including climbing a ladder for materials or signage
