The Opportunity
As a Strategy& Deals Strategy (TMT), Sr. Manager, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will analyze market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. Your role involves applying sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, and developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting clients to formulate and execute effective strategies to optimize outcomes in their deal-making processes. Within our Deals practice, you will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize value and achieve their business objectives. Your ability to craft and convey clear, impactful messages and apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems will be essential in driving project success and contributing to the overall success of our firm.

Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Law/Legal Studies, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply ChainDemonstrating advanced skills in M&A Strategy and Post-Merger IntegrationExcelling in Financial Modeling and Financial Risk AnalysisUtilizing strategic planning and scenario analysis for value creationApplying systems thinking to identify opportunities in technology and mediaLeading teams through complex deal structures and competitive analysisCrafting impactful messages that tell a holistic storyThe salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
