We are recruiting a motivated Student Assistant to join our Nordic Talent Attraction Team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience within Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding in an international environment.
What You Will Do
Recruitment Support
- Write job ads
- Review candidates
- Conduct screening calls
- Schedule interviews
Employer Branding
- Support Employer Branding activities across the Nordics including:
- Social media campaigns and activations
- Create engaging content (text and visuals) and help plan social media calendars
- Assist with email campaigns and outreach activities
- Support planning and execution of events (both online and offline), including university collaborations and other initiatives
Ad Hoc Tasks
- Support various recruitment processes and university relations activities as needed
What Will Help You Succeed
- Currently pursuing a master's or bachelor's degree
- Interested in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and HR
- Strong/fluent communication skills in Danish and English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Availability to work 15 hours/week from our office in Ballerup
