Job Summary
The Supply Chain Manager at EverPure is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution to based in Hsinchu, Taiwan. This role ensures efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of products while maintaining high service levels and supporting overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
Manage procurement processes, supplier selection, and vendor relationships
Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and inventory control to optimize stock levels
Coordinate logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities
Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, operations, and production)
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with suppliers and logistics providers
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Lead and develop the supply chain team
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred)
510+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strategic thinking
Negotiation and influencing skills
Data-driven decision making
Risk management
Continuous improvement mindset (Lean, Six Sigma is a plus)
