THE ROLE
AstheSenior Manager/Manager, Supply Chain Engineering,you willlead the team to:
Work with theappropriate BusinessSupport partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporateobjectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
Integrate business requirements into facility designs and plans.
Evaluate, select, integrate, and support the maintenance of best fit equipment within our Supply Chain network.
Engage in the evaluation andselectionof technology solutions within our Supply Chain network.
Equip our people with simple, effective, and consistent technical processes.
THEQUALIFICATIONS
TheSenior Manager/Manager, Supply Chain Engineering,has:
Proven skills, certifications,education, and/or experience in
Supplychain technical engineering or design roles, ideally in consulting or the Retail industry
Distribution Centre facility and equipment design
Combiningequipment, process, and space to develop holistic solution designs that are flexible and scalable to meet business needs
AutoCAD (or equivalent) used for facility layouts, equipment integration, and space planning
Translating operational requirements into engineered facility and equipmentsolutions
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's ValuesandBusiness and People Leadership principles.
THECOMPENSATION
At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000-$300,000per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
