Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Clinical Sales Representative to drive sales and support for our innovative wound care, skin closure, and negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) solutions. This early-career professional will manage large territories, collaborate with senior representatives, and build trust with healthcare providers to deliver exceptional outcomes for patients and clients. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with healthcare professionals (e.g., physicians, nurses, and wound care specialists) to promote and demonstrate wound care, skin closure, and NPWT products.
- Develop and execute regional plans to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned regional targets.
- Partner with Orthopaedic Instruments sales representatives to strategize and close high-value accounts.
- Conduct product training and in-service sessions for clinical staff.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive product adoption.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor products in wound care and NPWT.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Become an expert in wound care, skin closure and NPWT best practices and current industry trends.
- Utilize company resources including Medical Education, Clinical Experts, and Sales Enablement teams to provide differentiated customer value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or life sciences.
- 1-2 years of sales experience in clinical or medical device setting with proven sales success.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively (50-70%).
- Knowledge of wound care, skin closure, or NPWT products is a plus.
