As a System Development Manager, you are the strategic catalyst at the intersection of Software Engineering leadership and Systems Architecture. You will lead a high-performing team of engineers dedicated to building the sophisticated tooling and frameworks that underpin our global security ecosystem. Your mission is to transform operational complexity into streamlined, automated excellence.
You will define the vision for our Continuous Integration and Deployment frameworks, treating internal infrastructure as a premier product. You aren't just managing tasks; you are fostering a culture of Radical Automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). By mentoring your team to build self-healing systems and robust internal platforms, you ensure that security, scalability, and reliability are baked into the DNA of everything we ship.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision: Define the roadmap for CI/CD and internal platform engineering. You align technical initiatives with business goals to ensure our infrastructure scales ahead of our customer base.
Team Empowerment & Mentorship: Lead, coach, and grow a world-class team of System Development Engineers. You remove blockers, foster a culture of "everything as code," and champion the professional growth of your direct reports.
Platform Management: Drive the strategy for internal tools, APIs, and dashboards. You ensure these tools provide a frictionless "self-service" experience for our global software teams.
Operational Excellence & Reliability: Oversee the stability of distributed systems. You lead the response to complex escalations and ensure that Root Cause Analysis (RCA) leads to permanent systemic improvements, not just quick fixes.
