This role involves ensuring the quality of clinical data, providing business analysis for digital clinical solutions, supporting users globally, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives including innovative technologies like GenAI.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support user data quality by identifying and resolving issues in data flow and clinical digital solutions.
- Collaborate with business experts to translate needs into digital requirements and manage user acceptance testing.
- Provide global user support, identifying and addressing issues in business processes and digital solutions.
- Engage in continuous improvement by evaluating and implementing new technologies and digital solutions to support clinical trial management.
About You
- Understanding of clinical operations, regulations, and business processes preferred.
- Tech-savvy with enthusiasm for data and system tasks.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- BSc in Information Science or scientific field.
