Aboutthe Role
At Euronext,primarilybasedat OsloBørs, you will lead Talent Acquisition and Onboarding across Norway, Sweden and Finland in acomplex, matrix-based Nordic setup with multiple legal entities.
This is a role for someone who thrives incross-border stakeholder environments, regulatoryframeworksand high-paced recruitment delivery, while also driving continuous improvement in TA and onboarding practices.
What you will do:
Lead recruitment processes end-to-end –across three Nordic countries,and multiplelegal entities.
Partner with hiring managersacross our locations and secure stakeholder management in ourmatrix organization
Ensure high-quality candidate experience from attraction to onboarding
Drive and improve onboarding processes across entities
Navigate differing local regulations and ensure compliancein our recruitment practises
Collaborate with Nordic HRteamto align and improve TA practices
Contribute to HR projects and cross-border initiatives
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with more thanfour yearsof experiencefromTalent Acquisition. You should have experience with end-to-end recruitment infast-paced environments. It is important that you are comfortable working inmatrix organizationsand acrossmultiple countriesand that you areflexibleand efficientin your way of working.In addition, you havestrong organizational skillsand take aproactiveandcollaborative approach.
Location:OsloBørs,Tollbugata2, but expected to also support and be present in our other office locations.
