Demonstrable recruiting experience across agency, RPOorInhousesettings
Experienced in recruiting across a broad range of disciplines such as (Sales, Marketing,IT, Finance, Engineeringetc)
Ability to adviseand influencestakeholders
Disciplined, agile, creative and accountable with a passion for innovation
You understand the importance of driving ATS useand data integrity. Workday experience is desirable but not essential
What You’ll Do
We are seeking aTalent Acquisition Partnertoown the full life-cycle recruitment process for designated client groups within Stanley Black&Decker,Europe. You will be based inPolandwithin commuting distance of ourcorporate office in Warsawandwill independently deliver against recruiting goalswhilst working collaboratively withthe widerEMEAANZTA team to drive excellence in full cycle of Hiring and TA related projects. Our Talent Acquisition team identifies top talent for a diverse range of positions from inception through to completion. You will collaborate with business hiring managers, and HR colleagues and will execute against the recruitment strategy to attract and assess ideal talent for our organization. We are looking for someone that will seek to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience and will be a trusted partner to our stakeholders.
Specifically, you will:
Independently deliver end to end recruitingprimarilyacross Central and Eastern Europe
Have the ability to recruitacross a broad range of disciplines(Salaried Workers)
Proactively focus on ensuring that all positions are advertised on the correct platforms to attract the best possible talent
Support with our EVP, commitment to inclusivity and contribute to positioning Stanley Black & Decker as an Employer of Choice
Work directly with hiring managers to provide market intelligence and guidanceon the fullrecruitment process
Ensure that Workday is updated and that candidates are correctly processed through the system as required
Engage 3rdparty suppliers when required and proactively manage and monitor their performance
Participate & Support TA projects and ad hoc assignments according to business needsacross all ofEurope
