As Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner, you will play a central role within Aptiv’s hiring across the Americas. Having a passion for acquiring top talent, you will gain end to end exposure to recruitment activities in a fast-paced dynamic environment across multiple business units including; Software Engineering, Robotics & Autonomous vehicles.
Acting as a Talent Hub to our business units, you will receive well-rounded exposure to multiple areas of recruiting, including: advisory, sourcing, talent attraction, talent intelligence, employer branding and internal mobility.
Your Role:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and wider Business stakeholders across Aptiv
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach
Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and fit the organizational culture
Conduct interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers based on thorough evaluations
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication
