As the Talent Investment Representative I, you'll play a key role in the coordination, scheduling, and execution of Talent Investment & Culture initiatives. This role is responsible for managing project plans, coordinating programs, and supporting seamless execution of processes, team events, and training initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail and process-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while collaborating across teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop, lead, and maintain project plans, including scheduling, milestone and budget tracking, timelines, workflows, documentation, and status reportingCoordinate logistics for meetings, rehearsals, training sessions, key program touchpoints, and employee eventsCoordinate scheduling and maintain calendars for team programs and leadersCreate and manage project briefs, charters, meeting notes, and action logsManage project roles, responsibilities, risks, challenges, deliverables, and commitments with partners and drive resolution with stakeholdersResearch and edit presentations, e-learning modules, and other resourcesPartner with cross-functional teams and act as a liaison to troubleshoot issues and remove roadblocksProvide administrative support to leader of Learning and Development as neededQualifications:At least 3+ years of experience with program and calendar coordination and management, and (virtual/in person) events and logisticsProactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, excellent multi-tasker and plannerHandles highly confidential information with utmost discretionMeeting facilitation experience is a plusExperience with surveys/metrics, creative software or learning software (LMS) a plus#LI-Remote
