Most companies treat sourcing as a support function: post a job, run some Boolean strings, wait. We're building something different - a sourcing engine that operates like a high-performing sales team, where every search is a targeting problem and every hire teaches us something we systematize for the next one.
The candidates who move the needle for us aren't applying - they're not checking job boards. Finding them takes real search craft. This role is for someone who's already spent years getting good at exactly that, and is ready to own it end-to-end: partnering with hiring managers, running the hardest searches yourself, and building the playbooks that let the function scale beyond you.
The targeted pay for this role is: $140k base, $10k bonus. Actual salary is dependent upon several factors, including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team and geographic location. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive will be finalized at the offer. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company.
