As Team Lead Engineering Commercial Pharma International Engagement Lead (CRM, Field, VOC, Events) (Senior Engineering Manager) you will focus on capabilities development of your team members that align with the function’s vision. Description of the area
This role serves as the engagement lead for end-to-end customer engagement within the Pharma International region, encompassing the strategic oversight of CRM, Voice of Customer (VoC), and field integration. As a specialized ecosystem, the CRM space is designed to streamline relationships with healthcare professionals and patients while ensuring strict regulatory compliance across global markets. The system centralizes stakeholder data to enable personalized, omnichannel engagement across digital and in-person channels, supported by automated processes such as strategic account planning and sample management. By integrating VoC insights directly into these workflows, the platform ensures that field teams can refine their account strategies based on real-time customer feedback and preferences.
