The EUV factory (EF) is responsible for the production and installation of EUV wafer scanners and sources. The department EFMFSystem Buildis responsible for installand commissioningof the NXEwafer scanner andSources.

In this role you have the mission to realize a “World Class” effective and efficient implementation and execution of the manufacturing process with high quality standards and short cycle times driven by continuously improving ASML’s processes and products.And to ensure ‘release for volume’ of a highly critical, but not yet mature product.

As a Team Lead youoperationally managea production teamand involve production- and quality engineers, logistic representatives and development representatives.

Role and responsibilities

• Management: Manages and coaches a team of engineers. Controls and drives system progress and planning, sets priorities, delegates tasks, solves problems, manages skills, and contributes to a productive working climate;

• Output: Realizes the planned output of all deliverables of production, conform plan;

• Planning: Is responsible for detailed manpower planning and supervises progress within quality, delivery time and cost objectives;

• Indicates, initiates and drives actions to improve production processes and/or the products;

• Takes part in project activities related to the introduction of new products in production;

• Ensures proper execution of HRM policies and procedures.

Education and experience

• You hold atechnicalhigher vocational levelorBachelor degree; we’re also open to the candidates withMaster degreeinatechnical area

• You haveprovenexperience(4-6 years)as People Leader in a Manufacturing environment

• You have experience in production management;

• You have experience with LEAN principles;

• You have experience in improvement projectsandcomplex working environment

The role is in shifts (2-shiftschedule):

• Early shift (06:30 - 15:30)

• Late shift (15:00 - 00:00)

• Once per 4 weeks a weekendshift(Saturday and Sunday)
