Job Description
In this role as Tech Sales and Contracting Support at the Cologne location, you'll support the Insurance Consulting & Technology (ICT) team by helping insurance clients leverage software and consulting solutions to improve their operations. Responsibilities include managing sales figures and forecasts, addressing customer queries on contracts and licenses, coordinating technical support, assisting with contract negotiations in the DACH region, supporting business and sales activities and campaigns, and collaborating with a diverse international team. The position requires a degree in business-related or interdisciplinary fields, enthusiasm for technical contexts (without needing deep IT knowledge), preferably some insurance experience, strong communication skills, high self-organization, and good command of English. Responsibilities
Monitor sales numbers and targets, support management and business colleagues with forecasting and business planning in the licensing area
Serve as first contact for customers regarding contracts, software licenses and technical issues, coordinating technical support when needed
Collaborate with consultants and contract lawyers in Great Britain, coordinate contractual opportunities regarding software license agreements, support contract negotiations in the DACH region
Support planning of business and sales activities, including campaign development and execution
Act as a team player to implement innovative and globally successful approaches with customers in Germany and surrounding areas
Share enthusiasm with the rest of the team
