
As a Technical Customer SupportSpecialist,you willdeliverhigh-quality technical support to customers using IDEXX diagnostic solutions, ensuring a seamless experience while troubleshooting hardware and software issues. This role offers the opportunity to workin veterinary diagnostics and make a direct impact on veterinary practices and patient care.
The Customer Support team plays a critical role in supporting IDEXX customers across Europe, building strongrelationshipsand ensuring customers maximize the value of diagnostic solutions.
You will be a key contributor to customer successwithin the Companion Animal Group (CAG), ensuring veterinary professionals can rely on IDEXX technology to deliver critical diagnostics. You will help strengthen customer relationships, support business growth, andultimately contributeto better outcomes for animals.
