What You'll Bring:
- Experience in product management.
- Strong technical and analytics background in Biometrics, Authentication, and Document Verification domains.
- Knowledge and understanding of these domains in different markets, especially unique needs in Brazil.
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Technology or related field; MBA preferred.
- High intellectual agility, strategic thinking, partnership, and bias to action with strong experience across key markets served.
- Solutions-oriented with readiness to engage in execution activities while developing strategy and growth plans.
- Proven record in developing and managing globally successful products.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to influence and work effectively in a matrix organization.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Impact You'll Make:
As Technical Product Manager, responsible for managing Document Verification / Facial Biometrics products globally, including Brazil, working closely with Fraud & Identity teams to ensure success. Focus on customer-first perspectives ensuring products meet market demands, and are profitable and relevant globally.
- Defining product requirements: Provide business and technical requirements including persona creation as input to Engineering aligning features with customer profiles and regional needs.
- Regional Coordination on Global Product Strategy: Coordinate with regional Fraud and GTM teams to align requirements and roadmaps with global strategy.
- Brazil market needs: Assess market requirements and partner opportunities to ensure products meet Brazil's unique needs and help lead in this space.
- Market Analysis & Fit: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges; develop fit-for-purpose products.
- Profitability & Relevance: Collaborate with regions to support launch of innovative, market-leading, profitable, and relevant products.
- Customer-First Focus: Prioritize customer needs and feedback during product development to enhance experience and solve real problems.
This is a hybrid position requiring virtual and in-person work at a TU office location at least two days per week.
