Technical Product Manager - BugSnag
- Engage in the vision and strategy of a high-velocity business monitoring billions of events across thousands of apps used by millions of users.

BugSnag is a leading error and performance monitoring solution helping teams understand app health through user-centric data, identifying crashes and errors and routing them with context for resolution.
This role involves expanding observability capabilities, working with leading customers from Netflix, Amazon, Pinterest, and Tinder.
Role responsibilities include:
- Understanding users and their needs through market research and experiments.
- Maintaining and communicating product vision and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Influencing product roadmap via prioritization and backlog grooming.
- Defining clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering.
- Collaborating in bringing products to market with marketing and sales teams.
- Measuring success and business outcomes with defined metrics.
- Working to meet revenue and profit goals quarterly.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years development experience focused on mobile or web applications.
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical and logical thinking to solve complex problems and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Customer-focused mindset to add value and ease for engineering teams.
- Experience or interest in Observability/APM space is a plus.
