Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's or BS degree in an engineering-related field and a minimum of 6 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 4 years of experience, or a PhD with 2 years of experience managing engineering projects/programs. - Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. - Demonstrated experience managing complex projects/programs in one or more engineering domains. - Expertise in leading cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions and meet strategic goals.
