Responsibilities include sourcing top talent for technical roles using proven and creative techniques, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Greenhouse, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies, and conducting initial candidate screenings to ensure a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Source top technical talent (Product, Design, Engineering) using both traditional and creative methods.
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Greenhouse and tap into talent communities, referrals, and advanced sourcing channels.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine strategies and build diverse pipelines.
- Conduct initial candidate screens ensuring smooth recruitment experience.
Qualifications:
- Experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter (required); skilled with Gem and Greenhouse (preferred).
- Proficient in creative sourcing strategies including market mapping and engaging niche networks.
- Experience sourcing across various technical roles in high-growth companies.
- Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment balancing speed and quality.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and motivated by challenging searches.
