The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and be accountable for overall project success by driving the project end-to-end cycle, from approach design through to implementation, based in Shenzhen supporting the Digital Strategy & Transformation team's initiatives across China.

Job Description

Assist in the preparation of project documents, including but not limited to project proposals, requirement specifications, functional specifications, implementation plans, test plans, user guides and deployment plans
Conduct system testing to ensure functionality and quality before project launch.
Provide project administrative support including scheduling meetings, status updates, troubleshooting with vendors, etc.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving project-related issues to ensure timely delivery.
Participate in UAT with product owner and prepare localized training manuals
(UAT)
Liaise & communicate between stakeholders & various parties for projects
Travel on-site from time to time (e.g. Warehouse, factories, retail sites) to support requirement studies and on-the-ground project implementation.
Carry out any ad hoc duties as assigned whenever appropriate to meet business need

University degree or above in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
1-2 year project management / agile experience, preferably in Supply Chain, Retail or D2C industry.

Capable to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Good command of spoken and written skills in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
