Role Overview: Support retail customers at Tesco with foreign exchange needs, acting as a trusted travel money advisor and providing tailored service based on customer destination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships to understand customer travel and currency needs.
- Advise customers on Travelex products and services.
- Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Meet performance goals and follow compliance procedures.
- Handle online FX requests and deliveries.
Candidate Requirements:
- Numerically proficient to handle substantial cash and currencies.
- IT proficient with basic understanding of computer and till systems; training provided.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Driven with desire to succeed and make a positive impact.
Interview Process: Initial screening call, online interview with numerical and accuracy test, bureau visit with manager, then job offer upon successful completion. Reference checks required.
