As part of the Tesco Team, you will support retail customers with their Foreign Exchange options, ensuring their travel experience starts positively. Responsibilities include nurturing customer relationships to understand travel needs, acting as a trusted travel money ambassador, efficiently processing foreign exchange transactions, delivering on key performance goals, processing online FX requests and deliveries, and adhering to legal and regulatory compliance.
