The Finance Test Manager will be responsible for leading Finance and Product Control testing activities across UAT, Piloting, Dress Rehearsal, and go-live readiness for the migration of the Warrants and Certificates business from Germany to France. The role requires an understanding of Finance processes, Product Control, IFRS accounting, French GAAP (preferable but not essential), with the ability to assess accounting, reconciliation, and reporting impacts arising from system, booking model, and legal entity changes.
Defining and executing the Finance and Product Control test strategy.
Managing UAT, piloting, defect management, and business sign-off activities.
Working with Testers and SMEs to validate accounting events, ledger impacts, P&L outputs, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Coordinating testing across Front Office, Product Control, Accounting, Tax, Operations, and IT teams.
Assessing testing risks, scope limitations, and go-live readiness criteria.
Supporting migration rehearsals and production validation activities.
Good knowledge of IFRS accounting principles.
Experience within Product Control and Financial Accounting & Reporting functions.
Preferable but not essential - understanding of HBCE Finance architecture and associated systems
Experience delivering Finance testing for large-scale legal entity, booking model, or system migration programmes.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior Finance, Tax, Operations, and Front Office stakeholders.
