
What Will I Be Doing?
Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:
Teammembermust be able to work in ateam orientedand safety conscious environment. “Safety First” expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.
This position may require moderate supervision and follow-up.
Must be able tooperateand have knowledge of simple and complex heavy industrial equipment
Assistin formulating preventive maintenance and work procedures while performing those duties andprovidework order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery.
Must have working knowledge of best practices and Preventive/Predictive Maintenance procedures.
Must have the flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends as demanded by the job.
Employeewill performany and allother duties that are assigned by the responsible supervisor.
Execute tests in strict compliance with task procedures
Demonstrate proactive, detail oriented and thorough work ethics
Must be proficient inuseof computer software (Microsoft Office, etc...)
Must ensure that tools, equipment, and software are current withthe latestinfrared thermography technology and in good condition.
Must use infrared thermography equipment on established routes applying all senses to decipher equipment
Performs incoming pre-use equipment checks toidentifyquality status of equipment prior to installation within the plant
Must have strong electrical knowledge; must have strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Must have a good awareness and knowledge of all predictive maintenance (PdM) technologies
Must be able to perform data collection and first pass investigation
Must be able tolocateexceptions and document them in a report according to set standards.
Must haveexperiencein or the ability to learn field motor circuit testing
Ensurescompliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning.
Communications with all team members toassistthe development ofshort- and long-rangeplanning inassist ofthe company’s goals andobjectives
Maintainpersonaltoolsrequiredfor your job.

Education:AAdegree in Industrial Maintenancepreferred, butnotrequired.
Experience: Five years’ experience in industrial maintenance/predictive maintenance preferred.Must have a strong electrical or maintenance background. Must be computer literate and have good reporting skills
