THE JOB:
Deliver an exceptional guest experience as a Showroom Clerk at Excalibur by serving as the first point of contact for ticket sales across all properties—driving revenue through proactive upselling and cross-selling while ensuring seamless, accurate transactions. The Showroom Clerk will create memorable moments by providing knowledgeable guidance, resolving guest concerns with professionalism, and maintaining operational excellence through precise cash handling, system accuracy, and high service standards in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
THE STARTING RATE:
$16.25 Hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Selltickets,upsell,crosssellandprocessticketorders,willcallforshows,events,exhibits,andattractionsforallpropertiesutilizingpromptandcourteousservicetoallguests.
Performticketverificationpriortoentryintoexhibitandevents.
Provideeducatedanswerstoguestquestions,andable to furnishdetailedinformation regardingproperty facilitiesandservices.
Resolveguestcomplaintswithinthescopeofauthority.
Utilizeandbalanceacashdrawerandticketsaleswithvarioustendertypes.
Interpretandoperatenumerouscomputerandticketingsystemswithaccuracy.
Answermulti‐linetelephonesusingproperetiquette.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Work flexible shifts (including weekends/holidays) while maintaining strong communication, reliability, and customer service standards
Six(6)monthsexperiencewithcustomerserviceandcashhandling preferred
Ticketing experience preferred
Experience workinginasimilarresortsetting preferred
