Your key responsibilities
This specialized role entails daily trade processing/settlements/FX/Cash processing within DB Securities & Custody Operations supporting local and offshore clients of GTB Investor Services.
Principal Accountabilities: Key activities and decision making areas
- Coordinate team activities related to trade processing and regulatory reporting
- Ensure quality and quantity of processing as per client SLA
- Monitor volume inflow and allocate resources and workflows justifiably
- Serve as technical operational expert for queries
- Build mechanisms to manage volume peaks during peak seasons
- Ensure task closure within SLAs
- Ensure adherence to internal and external process guidelines, compliance, and legal frameworks
- Identify and mitigate operational risks proactively
- Ensure adequate backups for critical positions and assist during contingencies
- Work closely with process owners, stakeholders, and internal clients for business growth
- Handle BAU for FX/Cash processing, FX and regulatory reporting for India market, break analysis, escalations, and stakeholder follow-ups
Your skills and experience
- Graduate (BA, BS, B.Com, etc.) with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Exposure to Indian capital markets, settlements or custody background preferred
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, service commitment, organized with good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
