About the Role

As Trade Category Manager (TCM), youll lead the strategic development and execution of trade marketing plans across Pakistan. Youll be the vital link between marketing strategy and sales executiondriving category growth, enhancing in-store visibility, and optimizing trade promotions. This role requires someone who demonstrates a strong understanding of shopper behavior, retail dynamics, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.

• Category Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with brand and channel objectives.
• Trade Marketing & Visibility: Lead POS material development and manage trade activations and visibility campaigns.
• Promotional Planning & ROI: Design and evaluate trade promotions to maximize sales uplift and ROI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure seamless execution.
