
We areseekinga highly experienced Regional Transition/ TransformationLeader. This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland, and will be a hybrid position.
The Transition Leaderwillenable and oversee successful execution of the regional location strategy, incl.complex multi-country transition initiatives across Europeand offshoring initiatives to India.You will manage and mentor a team, collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implementtheorganizational strategy, and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
We will count on you to:
Lead and oversee multiplecomplex, multi-country transition projects across Europe and Mumbai, setting strategic direction.
Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on long-term location strategy, capacity optimization, and resource forecasting to support organizational growth.
Collaborate with senior leaders to develop strategic plans, business cases, and ensure seamless execution.
Engage with executive stakeholders, providingexecutiveupdates, resolvingcritical escalations, and adjusting plans proactively.
Facilitate strategic decision-making through steering committees and cross-functional workshops.
Establish advanced reporting frameworks and KPIs tomonitorproject impact and organizational readiness.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to secure buy-in,facilitateeffective communication, and supportchange management activitiesspecific to business transformation efforts
What you need to have:
Extensive experience managing large-scale, multi-countrytransformationsprojects within matrix organizations, ideally with experience in location strategy.
Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
Strong strategic thinking, operationalexpertise, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent project management skills, witha track recordof delivering high-impact initiatives.
Ability toidentifyand address change resistance with a diverse group of sponsors to ensure business transformation success
Fluent in English (C1).
