Schedule & On-Call Requirements
This position requires an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support trauma cases as they arise. Candidates who choose not to pursue this position due to the on-call demands will not be penalized in future opportunities.
About the Role
As a Trauma Sales Associate, you will support sales of Stryker Trauma products, receive training on product portfolio and sales methodology including on-the-job operating room training. You will observe over 300 medical procedures in your first year, develop competency in orthopedic surgical needs, and become a valued surgical team member. The role requires availability for on-call most nights and weekends. The position emphasizes client service, account management, and the mission of improving healthcare.
