About the Role
As aTrials & Loans Assistant, you will join our Operations team and prepare,maintain, and coordinateassistive technology equipment used byour users.You will work closely with the Loans Coordinator and wider team to ensure devices areready, functional, and deliveredon timeto meet customer needs.
This is a hands-on, process-driven role where you will support the day-to-day operationsof trials and loans, contributing to the smooth running of a fast-paced function and taking onadditionaltasks as needed to support team priorities.
Please Note:This is afull-time, onsite rolein ourAdelaide office, with apreferred immediate start, and a latest start date of July 15,2026.Working hours are9am–5pm, with some flexibility to start earlier ifrequired. This role involves light physical tasks, including lifting equipment (up to 10kg).
In this Role You Will
Prepare loan equipment for use, including unboxing, inspecting, and setting up devices
Maintain display and assessment equipment to a high standardand ready for trial or dispatch by testing, cleaning,resetting, and updatingdevices.
Pack and coordinate outgoing shipments and manage returns of trial equipment
Followup with customersregardingdeliveriesand provide basic troubleshooting supportvia phone and email.
Support the Loans Coordinator with administrative tasks and scheduling
Update andmaintainrecords in CRM systems and internal loan registers
WhatWe’reLooking For
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and hands-on team member with a genuine interest in helping improve the lives of people with diverse communication needs.This role is well suited to someone whois comfortable withstructured, repeatable processesin high pace environmentandenjoysdelivering consistent, high-quality workwith accuracy.
You will bring:
Experience in a similar role, such as equipment handling,logistics, warehouse operations, or technical support
Basic technical understanding and confidence working with electronic devices
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Clear communication skills for both administrative and customer interactions
FamiliarityCRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and basic Excelare a plus
A proactive approach and willingness to support a fast-paced team
