Position: Platform Experience New Associate - Norwegian
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Contract: Full-time role 40 hours per week, 12 month contract (with view to extension)
Work Hours: Must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment.
Accenture's Trust and Safety team helps keep the internet safe by moderating content and supporting platform companies. Content moderators analyze and review user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content, investigating, escalating, and resolving reported or flagged issues. The role entails exposure to potentially sensitive or objectionable content and requires resilience and coping skills.
Role Details
- Review, classify, and remove content following client guidelines using specific tools.
- Stay updated on changing client policies.
- Investigate and resolve complex content issues and communicate with the Trust and Safety team.
- Advocate for the user community.
- Improve processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Participate in training and discussions.
- Engage in conversations on socially sensitive topics to keep communities safe.
Basic Qualifications/Skills Needed
- Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills.
- Excellent Norwegian language comprehension and communication.
- Objective performance with attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Passion for the internet, platforms, and relevant cultural awareness.
- Ability to work individually and in teams, flexible for shift rotations including weekends and holidays.
- Previous BPO, customer service, or content moderation experience is a plus.
- Must be over 18 years of age.
