Breeze is building the next generation of tools that keep our airline running. We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to lead the design of all internal applications for our Operations Control Center (OCC). At the center of that work is our new Operations Control Tool used by the OCC to smoothly operate the network and recover from disruption. From there you'll design for the full operation: dispatchers, crew services, and duty managers who keep every flight moving. This is mission-critical, software used to coordinate flights, crews, aircraft, and stations. The quality of their decisions depends on the clarity of what you design. Youll work shoulder-to-shoulder with a dedicated product team to take this product from idea to launch and continuously improve it to meet the needs of our operation.

Here's what you'll do

• Design for operational users, translating high-stakes, real-time decisions into interfaces that stay calm and legible under pressure
• Partner with other UI/UX Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to guide our user experience
• Shape how AI assists operators, designing human-in-the-loop propose & apply patterns with the transparency, guardrails, and audit trails operators need to trust an AI recommendation
• Translate ideas into user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final designs
• Maintain understanding of different devices, their operating systems, and interfaces
