This is a temporary role of 12 months duration. The purpose of this individual will be to provide the highest standards of quality, service delivery, and accuracy within the Operations function by reviewing instructions received from Underwriters and Underwriting Assistants, accurately entering submission data into systems, and preparing policy documentation. You will support the Operations Manager as a Process Owner for all retained and outsourced processing activities and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for these work elements.
