DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manual laborincluding paper picking, keeping yard clean and presentable.
- Washing, repairing, and assembling trash bins andcontainers
- Traffic management.
- Perform yard work including cutting weeds.
- Perform general office maintenance and repairs includingpaintingandjanitorial work.
- Working outside in all weather conditions.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Operates skid steer and forklift.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:
- Work involves constant exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, toxicchemicals, bio hazardous materials, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or loud noises
- Extensive physical activity. Requires strenuous physical work;heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects over 50 pounds.
- Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basicsafetyprecautions.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Driver’s License withClean driving record.
- Pass Criminal Background Check, Drug panel Screening, and Motor Vehicle Report
- Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Ability to adhere to Company policies and rules that are set forth; promotes the Company’ssafetystandards; work with a sense of honesty, integrity and trustworthiness.
